At Azadeh, we want you to feel confident ordering and trying on your pieces. If something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to return it.
Try It On, Take Your Time
You are welcome to try on your Azadeh piece at home to make sure you love the fit, feel, and style. Returns are accepted as long as the item shows no signs of wear or use.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Be unworn and unused
- Show no signs of washing, stains, makeup, perfume, odors, or damage
- Be returned in its original condition with tags attached, if applicable
Free Returns
Your return shipping is on us. If you decide your piece isn’t the right fit, Azadeh will cover the cost of return shipping.
To start a return, please contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll provide you with the return instructions and shipping information.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Every Azadeh piece is made in small batches with intention. I want you to be able to order with confidence, try your piece at home, and decide if it feels right for you — without the pressure of being stuck with something that isn't.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your order (if eligible) and place a new one.
