Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Returned within 14 days of the delivery date
• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags must be attached
• Item must be free of damage or signs of wear
• Item must be returned in its original packaging

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@byazadeh.com within 14 days of receiving your order with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you’d like to return
• The reason for your return

Once your request is reviewed and approved, return instructions will be sent to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Items marked as Final Sale
• Gift cards
• Items purchased during promotional clearance events
• Any item returned worn, damaged, washed, or without original tags

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your order (if eligible) and place a new one.
